Exquisite vintage English bridle hide leather briefcase by Barrow & Hepburn

An exceptional vintage leather briefcase by Barrow & Hepburn dates back to the 1950s. Barrow & Hepburn, a distinguished British maker of luxury leather goods, is renowned for producing the despatch boxes used by the UK Government and for crafting the Royal Maundy purses, for which the company received a royal warrant in 1968. This unique briefcase is made from premium English bridle hide leather in a rich reddish-brown colour and features brass locks. It has sturdy original handle and rich patina. The interior is lined with the same high-quality leather and includes two compartments on the lid. Both the exterior and interior are in immaculate condition. Truly one-of-a-kind thing!
