A rare and collectible original brown vintage Globetrotter hatbox. Very attractive proportions and of the superb quality that Globetrotter is known for. Harks back to a more decadent time, when one wouldn’t travel without a case of hats! Crafted from vulcanised fibre with a leather handle and corners and chrome-plated locks. It is lined in lovely brown watersilk with various little pockets. Despite being vintage, this remains in good, usable condition and due to its light weight, remains very practical. As far as I know, Globetrotter no longer make these, but a modern equivalent would now cost over £1,000.
